Weather resistance and anti-aging properties:
EPDM has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance and heat resistance. EPDM products can be used for a long time at 120ºC, and can be used briefly or intermittently at 150-200ºC. Adding appropriate antioxidants can increase its use temperature. EPDM cross-linked with peroxide can be used under more stringent conditions. Under the conditions of ozone concentration of 50pphm and stretching of 30%, it can last for more than 150h without cracking.
Chemical corrosion resistance:
It has good corrosion resistance to acid, alkali, salt and chloride solutions, and is suitable for water, alcohol, ethylene glycol, ketone, silicone oil, grease, weak acid and other media. However, it is not suitable for oils, solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons and hydrocarbons.
Electrical properties:
It has good electrical properties and can be used in some occasions where electrical insulation is required.
Oil filling and fluidity at room temperature:
